The following choices are only a few examples of classes offered by Chef Denice. All classes can be custom made to suit your individual interest and all are hands-on, plus you get to eat what you make! Look for new classes periodically.
Rooms and dinner for guests not attending classes are additional. You do not have to be a guest to attend a class.

Just for the Holidays!
Come decorate your own Gingerbread House. You will assemble and decorate your own house to match you special style. Then you take it home to enjoy of the holidays. Offered in November and December Only Reservations are a must for this class. $40
Mom and Daughter Pie Class
Want to learn to make a wonderful piecrust? Join our chef and learn to make the flakiest piecrust. Class will include basic piecrust how tos and each mom/daughter group take their pie home to enjoy. $45 per group
Birthday Tea Party
Want to have an alternate birthday party for your little princess? Then why not a Tea Party!? The girls can dress up and have age appropriate goodies and favors, what fun! Tea parties can be for four to twelve girls/ladies. $15 to $25 each depending on the choice of menu, which is custom made for each party.

Sauces 101
In this basic sauce class you will learn the traditional methods of preparing some of the classic sauces such as hollandaise, béchamel and more. Menu includes Eggs Benedict; Fettuccine Alfredo; and Fresh Vegetables with Mornay Sauce. $45
Chow Down on Chowder
Join Chef Denice and learn how to make satisfying and delicious chowder, the perfect meal for those cold winter days. We will make Corn Sausage Chowder, New England Clam Chowder and Spicy Mexican Chowder. $45
Fish 101
Afraid to cook fish? Don’t be! Join our chef and learn to cook fish in four different ways that are sure to please. Menu includes Salmon En Papillote (in paper); Asian Grilled Tuna; Sautéed Tilapia; and Baked Pecan Crusted Salmon. $75
